A New Result of Characteristic Sums and Mean-value Estimation

本文根据一个三角多项式的不等式:存在充分小的δ>0,当Nδ≤1/4时有并应用了潘承洞和潘承彪《哥德巴赫猜想》中的特征和估计的方法,导出一类特征和均值估计的新结果。

Based on an inequlity involving trigonometrical polynomials adopting a method dealing with characteristic sum and estimation introduced by Pan Chengdong, this paper presents a new result of characteristic sum and mean-value estimation.
