关于李惠荣三级跳远技术的力学分析

摘要 本文简要地回顾了我国女子三级跳远的历史。并着重对目前世界上最优秀的女子三级跳远运动员李惠荣三级跳远技术进行力学分析。结果表明,我国女子三级跳远目前暂处世界领先地位;世界水平的女子三级跳远技术已进入男子技术发展的第三阶段。但李惠荣的后两跳前支撑距离和后支撑距离不尽合理,所以表现在三跳成绩的比例分配不合理,需加强连续跳跃能力的训练。 Briefly reviewing the development of woman's triple jump in China, this article mainly lays stress on biomachanics study on the technique of Li Huirong's triple jump——Li, the best woman's triple jumper of the world. At present, China still temporarily takes the lead in that event. However, the technical level of world woman's triple jump has now recahed to that of the third stage of man's. In Li's last two jumps, there appears some unreasonable factor between the distance of her first strut and that of her back atrut. As a result, the distances of her three jumps are not in proportion. To overcome the weakness, the author suggests that a training of strengthening her ability in continuous jump be introduced.
