CoO-MoO_3/γ-Al_2O_3丙烯歧化催化剂的活性评选

摘要 在流通式加压微型反应器上进行了CoO-MoO_3/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂的丙烯歧化反应试验。达到了热力学平衡转化率43.5%和高选择性94.9%。考察了氮、空气等活化气、反应温度、压力和重量时空速对催化剂活性的影响。发现活化气中氧和微量水份对催化剂有不利影响,找到了反应的适宜条件为200℃,2.94MPa和4g/h·g。 The activity of propylene disproportionation catialyst (3. 4%) CoO-(11. 0%) MoO_3/γ-Al_2O_3 has been tested in a pressed flow-thru microreactor. The reaction reached 43. 5% in terms of thermodynamic equilibrium and 94. 9% in terms of selecting ethylene and butylene-2. It showed as well the effects of activating gasses of nitrogen and air, of reaction temperature, pressure, and WHSV. Then, this paper says that oxygen and small amount of water in activating gasses could do some harm to the catalyst activity; and it finds out the suitable condition for such reaction is under 200℃, 2. 94MPa, and 4g/h·g.
