摘要
单片机系统的低功耗运行是实现袖珍型实用器具节能的关键。本文从芯片选择、芯片待机状态运行、晶振振荡频率选取、程序、数据存储器的合用以及外围电路控制等方面论述了单片机系统低功耗运行的可行性,并应用于语音报时器,获得满意效果。
It is the key to reduce energy loss of a practical pocket appliance with a single-chip computer sys- tem for low dissipation operation.This paper deals with feasibility of low dissipation operation of the single-chip computer systems in the aspects of ship selection,freeze operation mode of the chip,selec- tion of crystal oscillator frequency,combination of program and data memory,and peripheral circuit control,etc.The system has been applied to the speech clock with satisfactory results.
