Hydrogels and its Application in Drug Controlled Release

智能水凝胶作为药物载体有着良好的应用前景。人体环境中存在一些变化的因素 ,如温度、p H。因此 ,温度敏感性水凝胶和 p H敏感性水凝胶可用于药物在人体中的控释体系。

Intelligent hydrogels have enormous potential in the application as drug carriers. Some environmental variables in human body, such as temperature and pH, induced the possibility of applying temperature-sensitive hydrogels and pH-sensitive hydrogels to the system of drug controlled release. In this article, all kinds of such materials and the application of intelligent hydrogels in drug controlled release were discussed.
