摘要
在粗粒砂的水力输送中 ,还没有普遍适用的水力参数计算公式 ,需要由管道输送试验提供设计依据。本文通过对砂样浆体系列模型管道输送试验结果的分析 ,提出了砂浆管道临界流速和摩阻损失的计算公式 。
For hydraulic transportation of Coarse sand,universally applicable hydraulic prarmeters calculation formula are not available,and pipelining experiments need to be made for providing the design basis.Analysis is made in the paper of the results of pipelining of the sand slurry sample through 3 steel pipe loops in different sizes.The formula for calculating the critical flow velocity and friction loss obtained based on the analysis offer a sound basis for the design of pipeline conveyance of similar sands.
