摘要
人力资源营销可分为企业内部人力资源营销和企业外部人力资源营销。企业内部人力资源营销主要是指人力资源管理部门对于企业内部的CEO、直线经理、普通员工的需求进行分析,有针对性的为他们提供人力资源管理产品与服务,尽量减少他们对企业人力资源管理方面的怨言,从而使他们更好的为企业工作、服务。另外,在当今Internet迅速发展的时代,人力资源营销也应该跟上网络化时代的步伐,实现网络化的人力资源内部营销,只有这样,一个企业才能更好地发展,才能在当今这个充满着激烈竞争的社会中立足。
The marketing of human resource within enterprise mainly refers to that the administration of human resource to analyse its CEO's, department manager's and employees' demands, so that it can offer them products and service of human resource on purpose, trying to reduce their complains on the enterprise's human resource management and anticipating their working better. In addition, with the rapid development of Internet, human resource marketing must go with it in order that Internet marketing will be achieved. Only this way, an enterprise will development better and stand firmly in the heated-competitive society.
