On the Self-cultivation of A Teacher's Virtue

社会主义教育应当培养出又红又专、全面发展的合格人才。高尚的师德对青少年学生健康思想品德的形成与发展具有积极的作用。教师应当努力加强自身的品行修养 ,以身作则 ,率先垂范 ,为社会主义建设培养出德才兼备的合格人才。

The main purpose of the socialist education is to train the qualified students of all-round development. The virtue of a teacher plays a positive role in the development of the young students' thought and moral. Therefore,a teacher should attach more importance to his or her self-cultivation and set a good example so as to bring up more talents for the socialist construction.
