摘要
涂尔干、帕森斯的理论中蕴涵着一个理论取向:社会学的功能分析与价值关怀不是截然对立的,两者能够很好地融合在一起。从结构功能主义这一视角可以发现,当代大学的人才培养、科学研究、社会服务三大功能在运行过程中都面临着价值关怀的剥离危机。涂尔干强调职业道德团体能有效地缓解社会分工导致道德失范,他的理论揭示了一种缓解大学功能与价值关怀剥离的新角度,即强化价值关怀在大学功能运行中的制度性介入。
There is a consensus in Durkheim's and Parsons' theories that the sociological functional analysis is not completely opposite to the value-concern, but they can be integrated well. An analysis from this structural-functionalism point of view indicates that in contemporary universities, there exist the crises of value-concern-separation in the following three functions of universities: training talents, conducting science-research and providing social service. Durkheim's theory emphasizes that the vocational organizations, which share mutual morals, can efficiently alleviate the moral anomie induced by social division. Stressing on the institutional intervention of value-concern in university's functions, his theory provides a new view concerning how to shorten the gap between university's function and its value-concern.
