女大学生的比率在逐年增加,但其就业难现象却越来越严重,这主要是受中国传统文化和女大学生自身弱势(生理差异、自卑心理、就业期望值)的影响,为了解决女大学生就业难的问题,全社会要大力倡导男女平等观念,确立性别平等的意识,学校要加强女大学生的综合素质教育,女大学生自身则应树立信心,不断完善自我。

The female university student's ratio is increasing year by year, but the phenomenon that it's hard for female students to get employed become actually serious. In order to solve the prblem the entire society needs to initiate the idea of sex equality, establish sex equality consciousness, and the school must strengthen the female university student's comprehensive education.
