These days, modern civilization is developing rapidly. The soqial function and connotation of art take on pluralism. We feel confused on the essence of art and how to foster talented persons of art. This article tries to examine artistic sense in modern times and probe into the status of belief in art as well as the reason why this status is based on philosophical belief by analyzing the characteristics of times.
