摘要
提出了基于工业CT的反求工程中的数据处理方法。首先将CT切片图像用中值滤波对图像进行预处理;然后用改进的Sobel算子对图像进行边缘检测;最后进行轮廓跟踪,生成快速成型机的接口数据文件。实践表明,所提出的数据处理方法具有较好的应用效果。
The data processing methods for reverse engineering based on industrial computed tomography are studied in this paper. Firstly median filter is applied to CT image to eliminate the noise. Secondly the improved sobel operator is used to detect image edge. Thirdly the contours of the object are traced. Lastly the IO files of the rapid prototyping machine are created. Practice has proved that this processing method has better results in application.
