摘要
本文报导了海水培养大螺旋藻的基本条件。在基本海水培养基无NaHCO_3、温度28℃、光照强度不超过4000lux的自然昼夜交替情况下,K'=0.399、Td=0.754。海水培养大螺旋藻的适宜温度范围为25℃—30℃、比重力1.0150—1.0290、pH为8.50～10.00光照强度为3000—5000lux,适宜的氮源为尿素和硝酸盐。在培养基中添加NaHCO_3量能提高螺旋藻产量。
Grown in sterilized seawater under light intensity of 4,000 Lux with L-D cycle at 12:12 and temperature at 28℃, the K value for Spirulina major was found to be 0.399, and Td value 0.754. Suitable mariculture conditions are:temperature, 25-30℃; specific gravity of medium, 1.015-1.029; pH, 8.5-10; light intensity, 3,000-5,000 Lux. The metabolic efficiency of the alga is highest when grown on urea and intrate, but lower when nitrate alone is used. Addition of NaHCO_3 and nitrogen sources to the medium may increase the yield.
