摘要
地球信息科学的研究对象是人类智慧圈;其任务是以信息流调控人流、物流和能量流的人地关系,服务于和平与发展。同时论述了地球信息科学的理论与方法,以实例作了深刻分析,并提出用地学信息图谱的方法认识自然、掌握自然规律,反演过去、预测未来的观点。最后呼吁GIS领域应尽快引进格网计算技术,推动地球信息科学发展。
The research objective of Geo-information science is human intelligence sphere and its main task is to control and adjust man-land relationship of human flow, material flow and energy flow with information flow for the purpose of serving peace and development. This paper discusses the theory and practice of Geo-information science by making penetrating analysis of the examples. It then suggests to understand the nature, master the law of nature, inverse the past and predict the future by using Geo-information Tupu. Finally, it calls for the GIS world to introduce network computation technique as early as possible so as to promote development in Geo-information science.
