用两种蒸发温度对鱼品速冻的制冷工艺

摘要 通过理论分析、计算和实际应用测定,全面阐述了用两种蒸发温度对鱼品进行速冻的制冷系统。该系统投资少、见效快、节电幅度大(每吨冻鱼7.84 kw·h),改造方便,在水产、食品冷冻行业具有显著的推广应用价值。 A refrigerating system for freezing fish products using two evaporating temperatures is discussed in detail by means of theoretical analysis, calculation and consideration of operating effects. This system has the advantage of low investment requirements, high efficiency, and significant saving in electricity (7.84 kWh per ton frozen fish). It is easy to remodel and can be of practical value to fish and food refrigerating industries.
