HT-7U低温系统是为保证HT-7U托卡马克全超导先进稳态可控核聚变实验装置的纵场和极向场超导磁体稳定运行提供冷量,螺杆压缩机组是HT-7U低温系统的子系统之一。本文详细论述了基于PLC和组态软件的螺杆压缩机组监控系统,给出了监控系统的硬件结构、控制思想、软件结构和实现的功能。
The HT-7U fully superconducting tokamak is an advanced steady -state plasma physics experimental device. The cryogenic system for HT-7U tokamak supplies the forced flow supercritical helium to cool down the 16 TF coils and 14 PF coils which are made of NbTi/Cu CICC and operate at 3.8K. Screw compressor station is a subsystem of HT-7U cryogenic system. The paper discusses the survey system of screw compressor station based on PLC and configuration software in detail. The hardware and software structure, control philosophy and functions of the survey system are presented.
