摘要
本文简述了PCR基本原理以及模板扩增方法。介绍了PCR检测系统的整体构成,描述了信号检测的A/D接口电路,讨论了数据分析软件的设计原理,并对两种分析方法的特征和对结果的影响做了比较分析。
The principle of PCR and the method of amplification of PCR template are introduced firstly. Then the composition of PCR detection system is presented. The A/D interface circuit of signal detection is described. The design principle of data analysis software is discussed. The features and the implication on the results of two different data analysis methods are compared in detail finally.
