摘要
介绍了安徽八一化工股份有限责任公司电化厂提高用电质量的措施,如采用多脉波整流电路、安装无功电流补偿装置及限制控制角的运行等,并通过对4套整流系统谐波的检测,使注入35kV电网的各次谐波电流值均在允许的范围内,符合运行安全的要求,且将全厂进线功率因数提高到0.93。
Electrochemical Plant of Anhui Bayi Chemical Industry Group Co.,Ltd. improves the quality of electricity by using mulpulse wave rectification circuits,installing reactive current compensation devices and limiting the operation of control angles,and also the values of various harmonic circuits injected into 35 kV electric network are all controlled within the allowable range by means of detecting 4 sets of harmonic waves of rectification system.Therefore,it ensures the plant's safe running and the incoming-line power factor is raised to 0.93 at the whole plant.
