浅谈复合型离子膜起泡的原因及预防措施 被引量:3

摘要 简述复合型离子膜的结构、特点,认为离子膜在实际生产中起泡、损伤的原因有:层间压力、操作条件、沉积杂质,避免离子膜起泡、损伤能够采取的有效措施有:避免膜反向安装,保证阳极液NaCl质量浓度190~210g/L,阴极液NaOH质量分数30%~35%,减少开、停车次数,保证盐水质量及适宜的操作温度、压力。 The structure and characters of complex ion-exchange membrane are related in brief;the reasons for bubbling and damage of ion-exchange membrane in the practical production are analyzed on the aspeets of lamination pressure,operational conditions and deposits.The effective countermeasures are summarized to avoide ion-exchange membrane from bubbling and damaging,that is avoiding membrane from reverse-assembling;ensuring the content of NaCl in anolyte is 190~210 g/L and that of NaOH in catholyte is 30%~35%;reducing times of start-up and shut-down;guaranteeing the quality of salt and suitable operation temperature and pressure.
