以四氯化碳反应器为例,分析了甲烷氯化物反应器腐蚀原因:残余应力、工作应力、操作介质等,并从结构设计、制造及维修方面提出了防护措施。

Corrosion reasons of methane chlorides reactors are analyzed,that is residual stress,work stress and operation medium and so on,by taking carbon tetrachloride reactor as an example.And the appropriate protection countermeasures are proposed in respects of structural designing,manufacture and maintenance.
