REGIONAL CREATION THINKING IN TRANSMIGRANT RESIDENCE DESIGN OF DACHANG NEW TOWN

继承优秀的历史文化传统 ,关键是找到传统文化遗产与当代经济、技术条件和生活方式的契合点。设计采用从地方传统民居中提炼出的适宜特定场所和气候条件的群体布局、功能组织、构造措施等的“模式语言” ,加以总结和改进 ,使之适用于新的生活方式。从而以一种低技术、低造价的手段创造出富有地域特色的。

The key to carrying on excellent historical and cultural traditions is to find out the point of agreement among the traditional cultural heritage,modern economy,technical conditions and lifestyle.The “model languange” is used for the design,which is a combination of group diatribution,function organization and structual measure etc that come from local traditional private residence and suitable for apecific place & climate condition;and then this design is summerized and improved,so as to suit a new lifestyle.A residential environment with regional features and sustainable development can be created by means of low technology and low cost.
