织物结构对热湿移动特性的影响

摘要 本文就织物结构因素对织物的热湿移动的影响作了实验研究。结果表明,织物组织、经纬线密度和捻度,对织物的热湿移动特性有明显的影响。织物结构紧密,经纬线密度大,丝线捻度低时,透气阻抗大,热湿移动量小;反之亦然。 In this article the effects of real silk fabric structure on the properties of heat and wet vapour transfer in fabrics have been researched into and described in detail. The results suggest the fabrics texture, the warp and weft density and the twist of yarn have obvious effects on the properties of heat and wet vapour transfer in fabrics. When the fabrics texture is closer, the warp and weft density is higher,the fwist of silk yarn is lower, and the air resistance is larger, the trasfer of thermal-wet vapour will be smaller, and vice versa.
