摘要
本文利用带有变形放大器的电位式伸长计,在DCS-500型万能材料试验机上,对生丝和涤纶丝进行了等加负荷(CRL)和等应变(CRE)一次拉伸断裂、多次拉伸、蠕变试验。并以常规的等速拉伸和应力松弛试验作对比。结果表明,CRL和CRE测试比等速伸长型测试准确,并认为涤纶的断裂强度、多次受力后的力学性能优于生丝,是较理想的仿真丝材料。
Using a potentiometer type extensometer with a displacement amplifier samples of raw silk and polyester are approached with single tensile fracture tests and multiple tensile tests at constant-rate of loading (CRL) and constant-rate of extension (CRE), and creep tests on Shimadzu Autograph DCS-500. Meantime, conventional constant-rate elongation tests and stress relaxation tests are conducted with DCS-500. It is shown that the results obtained from CRL and CRE tests are more correct than those obtained from constant-rate elongation tests. The breaking tenacity and other mechanical properties of polyester after repeated elongation are better than those of raw silk, therefore, polyester is a desirable silk-like materiai.
