摘要
在非润滑状态及高速(25m/s和44m/s)轻载(0.5kg和0.7kg)条件下,对材料试样进行了磨损试验。并借助SEM和XPS对该摩擦条件的磨损失效机理进行了研究。得出了高速非润滑条件下磨损率与氧化膜的类型和剥落之间的关系。
Sample wear tests are conducted at nonlubricated state under the condition of high speed (25m/s and 44 m/s) and light loads (0.5 kg and 0.7 kg). The mechanism of failure in wear under that condition are analyzed with SEM and XPS, finding out the relation between wear rate and types of oxide film as well as its pelling off.
