摘要
本文对丝胶溶液的粘度特性、水解稳定性和表面活性剂与脱胶的关系等作了初步研究。指出丝胶比浓粘度与浓度的关系因介质而异;分子量较高的丝胶蛋白质水解稳定性较差;表面活性剂对脱胶过程的影响,取决于表面活性剂的性质。
The viscosity, the hydrolysis and relationship between the surfactant and degumming of silk are preliminarily investigated. The results show that the relationship between the reduced viscosity and the concentration of sericin varies from solvent to solvent. The large serφicin polypeptides are hydrolyzed readily. The influence of surfactant on degumming depends on the property of surfactant.
