摘要
基于模糊数学理论,采用灰色聚类方法,提出将分辨率较高的硫分结渣指数Rs与结渣综合判别指数R、软化温度t2、硅比G、硅铝比SiO2/Al2O3、酸碱比B/A一起构成评判因素集。对新汶矿业集团良庄煤矿的黑液水煤浆及普通水煤浆进行结渣倾向预测,所得结果与试验结果完全一致,因而可为电厂能否燃用黑液水煤浆提供依据。
Based on fuzzy synthetic judgment, a new method to predict the slagging for coal water slurry by 6 elements including slagging index (R) , softening temperature (t2) ,G , SiO2/Al2O3 , B/A , Rs is provided, and the prediction has been determined by the experimentation on the 0.25MW combustion tester. It provides reference for the utility of Black Coal Water Slurry.
