摘要
通过对锅炉进行热力试验和反向推导计算,分析对了炉膛出口烟温和各受热面温升,找出了末级再热器出口汽温比设计值低的原因,即炉膛出口烟温低于设计值和布置的末级再热器传热面积少。
The thermal performance calculation and opposite calculation of boiler have been done, outlet fume temperature of furnace wall and temperature pick up of different heat surface are studied. The result show that outlet steam temperature of final reheater lower than design parameters is caused by lower outlet fume temperature of furnace wall and smaller heat transfer surface of the last reheater.
