摘要
以某电厂引进型300MW四角切圆燃烧锅炉为原型进行了冷态模化试验,对炉膛上部、水平烟道及转向室处烟气的流动进行模拟。通过了解上部炉膛和水平烟道各受热面烟气沿高度和宽度方向的速度分布,探明烟气在烟道内的流动规律,为减小水平烟道烟速偏差和优化锅炉结构提供了重要的参考依据。
Regarding the introduced type 300MW corner tangentially fired utility boiler as prototype, the cold modular test is carried out, the flue gas flow in upper furnace, horizontal flue and reversal chamber are simulated. By understanding the velocity distribution of upper furnace and horizontal flue which is along the width and height direction, the flow regulation in the flue, which provide important reference evidence are studied.
