摘要
以太网及TCP/IP通信技术是工业自动化从单机走向多机、从局部转变为整体的必由之路。介绍了典型的基于以太网和TCP/IP的分布式控制系统以及与此相关的MODBUS/TCP协议,设计并实现了工控机与控制器之间基于MODBus/TCP协议的通信,给出了主要的程序代码,该程序在DELPHI中调试已通过,并成功地应用于以太网的工业控制系统中,从而将现场控制与企业管理系统融为一体。
It is necessary that industrial automation becomes from single to multi-machine, from local to global by using Ethernet and TCP/ IP. In recent years, new technique and new product have emerged continuously. The DCS based the Ethernet, TCP/ IP and MODBUS/TCP protocol is introduced in detail. Communication by MODBUS/TCP for industrial PC and controller is designed and implemented. The main programme of communication is given, which is run perfectly.
