Discussion on Technology of Water - Sample Inoculation and Dilution in the course of Determining Biochemical Oxygen Demand

利用长期生化需氧量测定过程所取得的经验,对BOD5测定时稀释水配制中菌种的来源及培养驯化,接种原则与水样稀释方法进行了探讨,给出了以CODMn锰法测定值推算稀释倍数的经验公式和以CODCr重铬酸钾法测定值计算BOD5稀释倍数法的经验公式。

Using experiences gained in the course of determining biochemical oxygen demand chronically, this paper discussed the source of the seed of bacterium, training and the principle of inoculation and ways of water - sample dilution when determining biochemical oxygen demand, gave experiential formula to calculate dilution multiple that based on determining result using the way of ' potassium permanganate' and gave experiential formula to calculate dilution multiple that based on determining result using the way of ' potassium dichromate'.
