复方茵陈胶囊的药效学实验研究

Study on the pharmacological action of Yin-chen compound capsule

目的 :探讨复方茵陈胶囊在利胆、降脂、保肝、退黄方面的药理作用。方法 :观察本品对正常大鼠的利胆作用 ,对高血脂大鼠的降脂作用 ,对四氯化碳 ( CCl4 )诱发小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用 ,对 α-异硫氰酸萘酯 ( ANIT)造成大鼠黄疸性肝损伤模型的保护作用。结果 :复方茵陈胶囊可明显促进正常大鼠胆汁分泌 ,使高胆固醇血症大鼠的总胆固醇值降低、高密度胆固醇值升高 ,对 CCl4 致小鼠急性肝损伤及 α-异硫氰酸萘酯致大鼠胆汁淤积型肝损伤具有显著的保护作用。结论 :复方茵陈胶囊具有利胆、降脂、保肝、退黄的作用。

Object: To study the effects of Yin chen compound capsule on promoting bile secretion, protecting liver and reducing the level of lipid. Methods: Rats and mice were randomly divided into groups and orally administered Yin chen compound capsule. The bile flow rate was estimated. The influence on ALT, AST and T.Bili levels in the serum were observed in the acute hepatic injury model induced by CCl 4 or α ANTI. The effects on diet induced hyperlipidemia in rats were studied. Results: Yin chen compound capsule promoted the secretion of bile, reduced the serum ALT levels significantly in the mice induced by CCl 4 or α ANTI and ALT, T.Bili levels in the rats induced byα ANTI. The drug can also reduce the level of serum TC, increase the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol. Conclusion: Yin chen compound capsule have the hepatoprotective function and the anti hyperlipidemia effects.
