伊曲康唑治疗浅部真菌病疗效观察

Observation of itraconazole therapy in dermatophytoses

目的 :了解国产伊曲康唑治疗浅部真菌病的疗效及安全性。方法 :手足癣和体股癣患者 ,口服伊曲康唑 2 0 0mg,为 2次 / d和 1次 / d连用 7d,停药 1周和 3周评价疗效。结果 :停药 1周后手足癣和体股癣的痊愈率和显效率分别为75 %和 73.3% ,总显效率为 74 .2 % ,真菌清除率为 818% ;3周后的痊愈率和显效率分别为 88.9%和 96 .7% ,总显效率为92 .4 % ,真菌清除率为 95 .5 %。结论 :伊曲康唑是一种疗效高。

Object: To observe the efficacy and safety of itraconazole in treating dermatophytoses. Methods: Patients with tinea manus and tinea pedis were orally administered with itraconazole 200 mg bid, or 200 mg qd, all for seven days. The efficacy was evaluated after 1 week and 3 weeks. Results: After 1 week, the obvious improvement rates of itraconazole were 75% for treating tinea manus and tinea pedis, 73.3% for tinea corporis and tinea cruris. The total obvious improvement rate and the eliminate rate of dermatophyte were 74.2% and 81.8%, respectively. After 3 weeks, the obvious improvement rates of itraconazole were 88.9% for treating tinea manus and tinea pedis, 96.7% for tinea corporis and tinea cruris. The total obvious improvement rate and the eliminate rate of dermatophyte were 92.4% and 95.5%, respectively. Conclusion: Itraconazole is an effective and safe antifugal drug.
