银杏叶提取物对大鼠酒精性肝损害的保护作用

Protective effect of ginkgo leaf extract on alcoholic liver injury in rats

目的探讨银杏叶提取物对大鼠酒精性肝损害的保护作用。方法 30只SD大鼠随机分为3组:正常对照组、模型组、治疗组,并制备酒精性肝损害模型;同时检测3组大鼠血清及肝组织中ALT、MDA、TNF-α、HL-8水平,并在光镜下观察肝脏病理学变化。结果 模型组ACT、MDA、TNF-α、IL-8明显高于对照组和治疗组,且统计学比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);肝脏亦出现明显的病理变化,治疗组变化程度相对较轻。结论 银奋叶提取物对酒精性肝损害可以起一定的保护作用。

Objective To study the protective effect of ginkgo leaf extract on alcoholic liver injury in rats.Methods Thirty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, and treatment group. The model of alcoholic liver injury was made. The ALT,MDA,TNF-α,and IL-8 levels of serum and liver tissue were assayed,and liver tissue samples were examined pathologically under optical microscope.Results The levels of ALT, MDA,TNF-α,IL-8 in model group were significantly higher than those in control group and treatment group ( P <0.01).Severe pathological changes in the liver were found in model group while the liver lesions in treatment group were slight. Conclusions Ginkgo leaf extract has protective effect on the alcoholic liver injury.
