摘要
以镀锌板为基材 ,表面涂覆涂料A ,开发出了新型聚结板材并应用于波纹板聚结除油器 ,同时对除油器的局部结构进行了改进 ,可除去 30 μm以上的油珠。尽管所配原水中的油为密度大 (0 895kg/L)、难分离的润滑油 ,在进水含油量从 2 0～30 0mg/L波动大的情况下 ,出水一直稳定在 15mg/L以下 ,一般为 10mg/L左右。
A new type of coalescing plate material,Zincified plate coated with dope A,which used in corrugated plate coalescing oil-water separator,is studied in this paper.Some major components of separator are improved,and more than 30 μm oil droplets can be removed.Though the oil in wastwater is high density lubricant and the oil concentration of inlet fluctuate is from 20 to 300 mg/L,the oil concentration of outlet is below 15 mg/L,currently about 10 mg/L.
