摘要
分析了海事行政鉴定结论的表达、审查、应用问题 ,论述了鉴定结论与定案证据、鉴定结论作用与鉴定材料类型的关系。
From analyzing the description,examination and application of the maritime administrative identification conclusion,the relationship between the conclusion and evidence as well as the role of identification and the type of the (identification) material is discussed.
