肾细胞癌中CD44v6及E-钙粘素的表达及意义 被引量:2

Expression of CD44v6 and E-cadherin in Human Renal Cell Carcinoma and Their Significance

摘要 目的 探讨CD44v6及E -钙粘素 (E -cd)在肾细胞癌中的表达及意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学SABC方法检测 2 0例正常肾组织、72例肾细胞癌组织中CD44v6和E -钙粘素的表达。结果 CD44v6在正常肾组织、肾细胞癌组织中阳性表达率分别为 15 0 0 %( 3 /2 0 )、66 67%( 4 8/72 )。二者之间相差显著 (P <0 0 1)。而E -cd的异常表达率分别为 0、5 1 3 9( 3 7/72 ) ,两者之间相差显著 (P <0 0 1)。CD44v6阳性表达及E -cd异常表达率与临床病理分期、癌分化程度显著相关 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 CD44v6及E -钙粘素可反映肾细胞癌的生物学特性 ,是预测其侵袭转移潜能有价值的指标。 Objective To study the expression and significance of CD44v6 and E-Cadherin( E-cd) in human renal cell carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect CD44v6 and E-cd expression in 20 normal renal tissues and 72 primary renal cell carcinoma tissues. Results The postive expression rate of CD44v6 in normal renal tissues and primary renal cell carcinoma tissues was 15 00% and 66 67% respectively with significant difference (P<0 01). Abnormal expression rate of E-cd in normal renal tissues and primary renal cell carcinoma tissues was 0 and 51 39% respectively with significant difference (P<0 01). Both the postive expression rate of CD-44v6 and abnormal expression rate of E-cd were significantly associated with the histological grades and clincopathological stages of the primary renal cell carcinoma. Conclusion CD44v6 and E-cd might be valuable markers in assessing biological behavior, invasion and metastatic potential of human renal cell carainoma.
