二十碳五烯酸所产生的过氧化脂质对小牛主动脉内皮细胞和平滑肌细胞培养的影响 被引量:1

摘要 作者以硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸为对照,观察了二十碳五烯酸(EPA)对小牛主动脉内皮细胞和平滑肌细胞TdR掺入、过氧化脂质(LPO)生成和细胞胆固醇含量的影响,以及维生素E对LPO生成的抑制作用.结果表明,用含100μmol/L EPA培养液培养内皮细胞,能明显提高细胞~3H-TdR掺入量(P<0.001);提高细胞LPO含量(P<0.01)和增加平滑肌细胞胆固醇含量(P<0.001),在培养液中加入10μg/mlα-生育酚,能明显抑制EPA组LPO的生成(P<0.001). In this reseach was studied the effect of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) on ~3H-TdR incorporation in DNA, lipid peroxides (LPO) production, and cellular cholesterol contents of the endothelial cells and smooth muscle cells of bovine aorta with stearic acid, linoleic acid and oleic acid as controls. The depressing effect of vitamin E on LPO production was investigated as well. It was shown that 100μmol/L EPA increased the incorporation of ~3H-TdR (P<0.001), enhanced the content of LPO (P<0.01) in endothelial cells, and raised the level of cellular cholesterol in smooth muscle cells. The result also showed significant decrease in LPO production by vitamin E (10μg/ml) in both endothelial and smooth muscle cells (P<0.001).
