With a view to strengthening the agricultural information exchanges between Fujian and Taiwan Provinces, the paper analyses the necessities to construct the network platform for the agricultural information exchanges between the two sides, and gives the further elucidations on its technical schemes and features as well as discusses the relative models for the functional development and application relying on the platform.
