After striding to the new century, the Communist Party of China must bear in mind well the profound lesson of the separation of the former Soviet Union, seriously implement the important thought Three Represents, ceaselessly promote productivity and cultural development, consolidate the position of the governing party, and push the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics to a new victory.
