摘要
古汉语里形容词前的“之”,就词性、意义和作用看,学界至今有不同的看法。本文试依据文献中的用例并结合现代言语交际事实,分析说明放在形容词前的“之”字仍然是指示代词,其处于状语或补语的位置,用以表达程度副词“甚”、“很”所表达的语法内容,语义上是“这么”或“那么”的意思,具有指示和强调事物性状或程度的语法功用。
Nowadays, in the academic field there are still different views on the part of speech, the meaning, and the function of the character zhi put before attributes in archaic Chinese. This paper, based on documental examples and on modern language usage, is to analyze and explain that zhi before adjectives is still a demonstrative pronoun at the place of adverbial and complement and that it is used to mean zheme or name(so) as the degree adverbs shen and hen mean, which has the grammatical functions of demonstration and emphasis of nature, state and degree of things.
