针对还原染料隐色体浸染筒子纱易造成染色不匀、色花、色点的问题 ,开发了采用超细粉状还原染料进行悬浮体浸染筒子纱的工艺 ,所得产品色泽均匀、通透 ,无色花、色点产生 。

Owing to unleveled dyeing and color difference defaults during leuco dip dyeing of cotton cheese with vat dye, the dip dyeing process of cotton cheese with ultra fine powder vat dye was developed. As the result, the products featured excellent level shade and color fastness.
