Dyeing and finishing process of denim from viscose yarn in warp and polyester and polyurethane interlaced yarn in weft was introduced particular in open width and weft shrinkage pretreatment, dyeing and setting process. In pretreatment, stepped heating and running smoothly of fabric should be controlled so as to protect the fabric from crease, in dyeing, there are three different processes, in heat setting, temperature, speed and width should be controlled strictly to ensure stable quality.
