摘要 介绍了转移印花中的升华转移印花、熔融转移印花、释膜转移印花、湿法转移印花等 ,并对转移印花技术中新出现的反应性涂层法、具有防染效果的转移印花以及UV焙固等新技术作了详细说明 ,给出了具体的工艺处方。对目前发展速度最快的喷液印花 ,就其工艺中的印浆粘度、渗色。 In this paper, the technology of transfer printing such as sublimation transfer printing, melt transfer printing, film release transfer printing, wet transfer printing is introduced, and the latest technology of transfer printing related to reactive coating method, transfer printing with reserve effect, UV curing is described in detail and their process formulas are also interpreted. The jet printing technology, which develops rapidly is discussed concerning the problems and their solutions of printing paste, color bleeding, color fastness and trichromatic color.
