摘要
采用固相烧结方法制备了钨铜酸钡(Ba(Cu_(1/2)W_(1/2))O_3)掺杂的PZT压电陶瓷,并进行了XRD分析,结果表明,不同掺杂量下材料的结构均为钙钛矿结构,当掺杂量较多时材料的晶格出现畸变。研究了改性剂Ba(Cu_(1/2)W_(1/2))O_3的掺加量x对材料的介电性能的影响和测量频率f与材料的介电性能的关系,结果表明随着钨铜酸钡掺杂量的增大,材料的居里温度逐渐下降,材料的介电温度峰形逐渐变宽,出现弥散现象;对介电-频率曲线的分析表明,材料的介电-频率特性与多种机制有关。
Ba(Cu_(1/2)W_(1/2))O_3 modified PZT piezoelectric ceramic was synthesized by conventional powder processing technique. The different compose materials are studied by XRD. The results indicate that the structures of all the modified material are same to the structure of BaTiO_3, the crystal structure is changed when the content of Ba(Cu_(1-2) W_(1/2))O_3 increased. The influences of x and f to the dielectric property of the modified material were studied.The results indicate that the peak temperature is slowed with x increasing. At the same time, the shape of the peak become wider. The dielectric property is concerned to many mechanisms.
