摘要
在分析双螺杆磨浆机中物料磨浆运动的基础上 ,对双螺杆磨浆机的正向螺旋的设计理论进行了研究 ,建立了流量与双螺杆机构正向螺旋的基本参数之间的关系 ,提出了双螺杆磨浆机设计的基本思路。虽然目前双螺杆磨浆机设计的大部分参数需要采用类比法确定 ,但流量和强度条件是其应当满足的约束条件。本文的工作对双螺杆磨浆机的研究有重要的意义。
Based on grinding movements' analysis of pulping material in the BIVIS extruder, the paper has studied design theories of transport screws of the machine, and inferred relationship expressions of a flux rate of the pulping material and basic parameters of a mechanism of the twin screw extruder, and put forward a basic thoughtfulness of design for the BIVIS extruder. Although most parameters design of the machine are confirmed by analogy methods presently, a flux rate and strength theories are the restriction conditions that they should satisfied. The work of the paper has an important meaning for research of the BIVIS extruder.
