摘要
采用乳液聚合方法直接合成以水为分散介质的肠溶型丙烯酸树脂,研究分析了聚合过程中,乳化剂、引发剂、相对分子质量调节剂、pH值缓冲剂的种类、用量的影响,以及反应温度、搅拌速度、加料方式的影响。找到了一条合理的聚合工艺路线。同时研究了肠溶型丙烯酸树脂的薄膜包衣过程。
The emulsion polymerization process of enteric acrylic acid resin was studied. The effects of dosage, species of emulsifier, initiator, relatine molecular mass modulator, pH buffer, reaction temperature, speed of stirring and the way of feeding on the process were investigated. Moreover, the film-coating method was also studied.
