摘要
使用表面改性的金属铝板做双极板,成功组装了含30个质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)单电池的电堆.H2、空气反应气均采用外增湿,使用循环冷却水排出电堆产生的热量.分别使用Nafion 115膜和John-Matthy Pt/C作为电解质和催化剂,其中Pt载量为0.4 mg/cm2.电堆工作温度为室温至100℃,H2与空气工作压力比为0.20 MPa/0.22 MPa,电堆输出功率为1~1.3 kW,输出电流为40~80 A,输出电压为26~20 V,电极工作电流密度为200~375 mA/cm2,电堆能量转化效率为51%.
The kilowatt class proton-exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) stack that consisted of 30 cells had been successfully fabricated. Aluminum plates via surface modification were used as bipolar plates. External humidification was used and recirculating cooling water was used to remove the heat from reaction. Nafion 115 membrane and Johnson-Matthy Platinum on carbon with Pt loading of 0.4 mg/cm2 were adopted as electrolyte and catalyst respectively. The working temperature of the stack ranged from 25 ℃ to 100 ℃. The stack usually worked well when the ratio of H2/air was 0.2 MPa/0.22 MPa .Its output power , output current and output voltage was 1~1.3 kW, 40~80 A, 26~20 V respectively. The normal current density of the electrode was 200 ~375 mA/cm2. The energy efficiency of the stack was 51%.
