构建修船企业决策支持系统

决策支持系统(DSS)对于企业科学决策具有重要意义,而构建修船企业决策支持系统一定要立足行业特点及行业现状,抓住成本(Cost)、交付期(Delivery)、质量(Quality)3个管理重心,建立适应修船行业的数据模型和功能模型,在此基础上进行基于业务流程而不是部门划分的系统开发。文章建议修船决策支持系统应采用基于web的三层结构体系。

Decision support system(DSS)is of great importance for enterprise to make decision scientifically.The shiprepairing DSS should be based upon characteristics of shiprepairing industry.In order to construct effective DSS for shiprepairing yard,more attentions should be paid to three key points,i.e.cost,delivery and quality,on the other hand,proper data model and function model of shiprepairing enterprise must be built first of all.Finally this article suggests to adopt triple-tier developing structure for shiprepairing DSS.
