考虑维修影响的机械设备剩余寿命模型

维修中对设备零部件的更换,使其经常处于局部更新状态,按单元的故障率模型无法计算具有这种特点设备的剩余寿命。文章根据系统可靠性理论,建立了具有局部更新特点的设备故障模型,按此模型预计设备的自然寿命,符合设备的实际情况,具有较高的参考价值。

The replacement of some equipment's components makes it in partial update state.The equipment's residual life with such characteristic cannot be calculated by using unit failure rate model.Based on system reliability theory,this paper establishes equipment failure rate model with such characteristic.The equipment's natural-life,which is calculated by this model,accords with the actual situation of equipment.Then this paper is much worthy for refernce.
