摘要
在采用低硅烧结技术进行生产时 ,由于粘结相总量的减少导致烧结矿强度下降 ,严重时不能直接入炉冶炼 ,大大限制了低硅烧结技术的发展。本研究从低硅烧结矿的显微结构及矿物组成出发 ,研究碱度对烧结矿强度的影响。最后确定出硅含量为 4 0的烧结矿的最佳碱度值应为 2 4。
As the silicon content in sinter is lower, leading to the lower binding phase, so the sinter strength was weakened and the production of low silicon sinter was restricted In order to improved the low silicon sinter quality, the microscopic structure and mineralogical constituent of different basicity sinters were studied and the optimal basicity level under the condition of this experiment was found out
